He sang 4 new original songs worked on with his cousin Gary Greco. "Trail of Tears", "Talk Beautiful", "I Know" and "Midnight". These songs were already published with lead sheets and full scores with bass lines of which Rich wrote especially for Gary Greco. The event was the first time in 30 years playing at this famous venue - Canal Fest 2016! Pete Zalocha the owner of Crossroads music did accompany Rich & Gary with his distinct classical guitar sound. The first song in the show was nearly 28 years old going back to Rich's band - Steele in 1988 called "Blues 88" with a new lead guitar especially written just for the festival. Richard was so excited about playing on the same stage as Coda also scheduled for the event. Other songs for Rich's performance include Elvis's "Don't be Cruel", Glen Campbell "Wichita Lineman", the Beatles' "Love Me Do", and an instrumental by Booker T and the MGs called "Green Onions". Ending the show with Pink Floyd's "Another Brick in the Wall".
